We care deeply about the environment and the materials we use. We’re committed to making thoughtful choices and being transparent about our practices.

Below, you’ll see what we’re currently doing — and what we’re working to improve in the near future.

  • 🌱 Vegan-Friendly Products

    All our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. From inks and adhesives to tassels and packaging, everything is chosen with the planet, animals, and our customers in mind. We’re always finding ways to make our range even more sustainable.

  • 🪲 What about the Beetles?

    Don’t worry — we’ve done our research! The inks we use in our printed products are free from animal-derived ingredients, meaning no beetles (or any other creatures) were harmed in the process. Our inks are completely cruelty-free.

  • 🌼 Printed with Plant Power

    Our external printers produce thank you cards, business cards, and other select products using vegetable-based inks, ensuring high quality with minimal waste.

    Card used on our Greeting Cards, and most Stationery
    Paper used for Care / Application Instructions for Vinyl Products

    All of our new card and paper stock is made from 100% post-consumer waste recycled materials, fully recyclable and acid-free. While we’re still using up a small amount of our previous paper stock to avoid waste, every new greeting card we produce is printed on recycled cardstock.

  • ✉️ Envelopes

    Used on our Greeting Cards

    All our envelopes are recyclable, though not yet made from recycled materials. We’re actively working to find the right supplier for our specific envelope sizes.

  • ⭐️ Sticker Paper

    Used on our A4 Sticker Sheets & Business Stationery

    All sticker paper we use — both for your orders and packaging — is recyclable, vegan, and cruelty-free. We carefully select materials that minimise environmental impact without compromising quality, so your stickers are fun, durable, and responsibly sourced.

  • 📦 Packaging Materials

    Used for packaging orders

    Orders are shipped in hardback envelopes or cardboard boxes — we don’t use single-use plastic bags. Products are packaged in biodegradable cello sleeves or glassine bags when needed, all of which are recyclable or compostable, helping to protect the trees.

  • 🔖 Tassels

    Used on our Bookmarks with Tassels

    Our bookmark tassels are made from Terylene, a durable, long-lasting synthetic fibre. They’re 100% vegan and cruelty-free and are carefully chosen for use on our bookmarks. While Terylene is petroleum-based and not biodegradable, using it on items designed to last helps reduce waste over time.

  • 🧲 Magnets & Glue Dots

    Used on our Magnetic Bookmarks

    Our magnetic bookmarks use stainless steel magnets, making them vegan-friendly, durable, and recyclable. These long-lasting magnets help reduce waste and can be reused for many years.

    No animal products are used, so glue dots are vegan-friendly.

  • ✂️ Vinyl Materials

    PET used on our Bookmarks & Magnetic Bookmarks
    PVC used on our Snack Boxes, Pet Gifts, Vinyl Decals & Tote Bags

    We use a range of synthetic, vegan-friendly, and cruelty-free vinyl materials in our products:

    - PET-based vinyl overlays on bookmarks, magnets, and stickers. The adhesive is water-based, making it safer for people and the planet. 🗑️ PET is technically recyclable, but check with your local recycling facility for acceptance.

    - PVC-based vinyl / heat transfer vinyl on snack boxes, pet gifts, vinyl decals, and tote bags. 🗑️ While PVC is technically recyclable, it’s not widely accepted in household recycling programs — please check with your local facility for options.

  • 🎀 Home & Gifts

    Used in our Home & Gifts Collection

    While some products in this collection (e.g., Travel Snack Boxes) are made from plastic, we’ve significantly reduced our plastic range. As of 13th August 2025, we’ve discontinued many plastic and acrylic items to take a big step towards a better future.

    🗑️ These items aren’t single-use, but when it’s time to part with them, please dispose of them responsibly.

    Our packaging is reused, recycled, recyclable, or compostable.

    From 6th September 2025, our shop will offer even more products made from recycled materials.
